硅酮耐候密封膠硅酮耐候密封膠的主要技術(shù)指標中,表征施工性能的有下垂度、擠出性、表干時間,表征固化后耐候膠性能的主要是位移能力和質(zhì)量損失率。耐候膠的質(zhì)量損失率與結(jié)構(gòu)膠的熱失重相當,主要考察耐候膠在長期使用后的性能變化情況,質(zhì)量損失率越高,長期使用后性能下降越嚴重。硅酮耐候密封膠的主要作用是對板塊間接縫的密封,由于板塊經(jīng)常會受到溫度變化、主體結(jié)構(gòu)變形等影響而發(fā)生位移,導致接縫寬度也就會隨之發(fā)生變化。這就要求耐候膠具有良好的承受接縫位移的能力,在長期承受接縫寬度變化的情況下不發(fā)生開裂,這一性能稱為耐候膠的位移能力,與結(jié)構(gòu)膠的“變位承受能力”不同。

硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)密封膠硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)密封膠一種單組份、中性固化、專為建筑幕墻中的玻璃結(jié)構(gòu)粘結(jié)裝配而設(shè)計的??稍诤軐挼臍鉁貤l件下輕易地擠出使用。依靠空氣中的水分固化成、耐用的高模量、高彈性的硅酮橡膠。產(chǎn)品對玻璃不需用底涂,能產(chǎn)生的粘結(jié)性。結(jié)構(gòu)膠指強度高(壓縮強度>65MPa,鋼-鋼正拉粘接強度>30MPa,抗剪強度>18MPa),能承受較大荷載,且耐老化、耐疲勞、耐腐蝕,在預期壽命內(nèi)性能穩(wěn)定,適用于承受強力的結(jié)構(gòu)件粘接。非結(jié)構(gòu)膠強度較低、耐久性差,只能由于普通、臨時性質(zhì)的粘接、密封、固定,不能用于結(jié)構(gòu)件粘接。建筑工程使用年限一般在50年以上,構(gòu)件承受較大復雜應力,直接關(guān)系人員的生命、財產(chǎn)安全,粘接膠種應采用結(jié)構(gòu)膠。結(jié)構(gòu)膠在工程中結(jié)構(gòu)膠應用廣泛,主要用于構(gòu)件的加固、錨固、粘接、修補等;如粘鋼,粘碳纖維,植筋,裂縫補強、密封,孔洞修補、道釘粘貼、表面防護、混凝土粘接等。
