技術(shù)參數(shù)
1、拌粉機：根據(jù)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)量的不同選用不同型號的拌粉機，主要三種機型供您選擇選
2、上料機：利用電機為動力螺旋式輸送，確保上料方便快捷。
3、膨化機：根據(jù)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)量的不同選用不同型號的PHJ型膨化主機，產(chǎn)量可從100kg/h-10000kg/h不等，可以玉米粉、谷粉、骨粉、肉粉等為原料，具體產(chǎn)品形狀可 更換模具。
4、提升機：將飼料輸送到烤箱，提升機的高度根據(jù)烤箱確定，也可選用風(fēng)送機。
5、多層烤箱：烤箱多為電烤箱，溫度在0-200度之間通過控制柜自行調(diào)節(jié)，內(nèi)部為不 銹鋼雙層網(wǎng)袋，烘烤時間可以根據(jù)速度調(diào)節(jié)，
6、振動篩：篩去多余碎料。
7、調(diào)味線：有八角筒、圓筒、提升單滾筒、雙滾筒調(diào)味線，根據(jù)產(chǎn)量、產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)配置，

2. Feeder: using motor as power screw conveyor to ensure the convenience ａnd speed of feeding.
3. Extruder: Different types of PHJ extruder are selected according to the output of production line. The output can vary from 100 kg/h to 10000 kg/h. Corn meal, grain meal, bone meal ａnd meat meal can be used as raw materials. The specific product shape can be replaced by die.
4. Hoist: Feed is conveyed to the oven. The height of the hoist is determined according to the oven. Air conveyor can also be used.
5. Multi-layer oven: ovens are mostly electric ovens. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0 ａnd 200 degrees. The interior is stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed.
6. Vibrating screen: screen out excess debris.
7. Seasoning line: octagonal drum, cylinder, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, according to the output, product nature configuration.
