淀粉廢水處理工程實(shí)例
一 工程概況
攀枝花某公司主要生產(chǎn)玉米淀粉等產(chǎn)品,年產(chǎn)玉米淀粉20萬噸,排放廢水1000~1500m3/d。為了保護(hù)環(huán)境,防止廢水對(duì)周圍水體造成污染,該公司充分利用淀粉廠原有部分儲(chǔ)罐,建設(shè)了一套處理能力為1500m3/d的廢水處理設(shè)施。
二 處理工藝
1 生產(chǎn)工藝及水質(zhì)
淀粉廢水主要來源于玉米淀粉加工過程中的洗滌、壓濾、濃縮等工藝段,用水量由于生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和生產(chǎn)工藝的不同,約為2~8m3水/t淀粉。根據(jù)該淀粉廠水質(zhì)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果,同時(shí)參照國內(nèi)部分相類似淀粉廠的排水水質(zhì)實(shí)際情況,綜合考慮各種因素,確定廢水處理站的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)。
根據(jù)該市城市排水總體規(guī)劃要求,淀粉廠處理出水排入城鎮(zhèn)排水系統(tǒng),由城市污水處理廠集中處理達(dá)標(biāo)排放,故本工程排放執(zhí)行《污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB8978-1996)三級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2 處理工藝
本工程采用厭氧EGSB+好氧A/O處理工藝。廠區(qū)廢水經(jīng)過格柵初步分離去除粗大雜物后進(jìn)入集水井, 經(jīng)泵提升后進(jìn)入初沉池進(jìn)一步去除較小的SS顆粒物及大部分淀粉;初沉池出水自流進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池進(jìn)行水量水質(zhì)均衡調(diào)節(jié);調(diào)節(jié)池出水自流進(jìn)入到EGSB進(jìn)水池,在進(jìn)水池內(nèi)進(jìn)行溫度調(diào)節(jié)、酸堿度調(diào)節(jié)后由提升泵打入?yún)捬?/span>EGSB反應(yīng)池,在厭氧池內(nèi)大部分有機(jī)物得以降解去除;厭氧池出水自流入后續(xù)A/O反應(yīng)池進(jìn)行好氧處理,好氧出水沉淀后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。
厭氧池產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥可以單儲(chǔ)存或者和好氧池的剩余污泥一起排入集泥池,經(jīng)濃縮脫水機(jī)濃縮脫水后,泥餅外運(yùn)填埋。
三 技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)
該淀粉廠廢水處理工程投資715萬元,勞動(dòng)定員9元,運(yùn)行功率為140Kw。藥費(fèi)0.45元/m3,年運(yùn)行費(fèi)32萬元,噸水處理費(fèi)1.818元。
四 工程評(píng)析
本工程淀粉廢水的BOD/COD值大于0.4,可生化性很好,因此采用生物處理工藝是合適的,以在盡量低的費(fèi)用下,可靠地將有機(jī)污染物降到所要求的水平。厭氧工藝采用了高負(fù)荷的EGSB工藝,占地面積小,投資省。從運(yùn)行結(jié)果來看,該工藝運(yùn)行可靠,出水穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。

Two-process process
1 production process and water quality
Starch wastewater mainly comes from the process of washing, pressure filtration and concentration of corn starch. The water consumption is about 2~8m cubic water/t starch due to different production equipment and production process. According to the monitoring results of water quality starch factory at the same time with reference to domestic similar part of starch factory drainage water quality situation, comprehensive consideration of various factors, can design the water quality of waste water treatment station.
In accordance with the requirements of the city's urban drainage planning, starch factory processing out of the water into the urban drainage system, the standard for central treatment of urban sewage treatment plant emissions, emissions of this project execution "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978-1996) level 3 standards.
2 treatment process
This project adopts anaerobic EGSB+ aerobic A/O treatment process. After the initial separation and removal of coarse and large debris from the factory, the waste water was removed into the collecting well. After the pump hoisting, the small and small SS particles and most of the starch were further removed. The water quality is regulated by water flow into the regulating pool. The residual sludge produced by the anaerobic pool can be stored separately or together with the remaining sludge of the oxygen pool. After the concentrated dehydrator is concentrated and dehydrated, the mud cake is filled and buried.
Main design parameters

Technical and economic indicators
