移動(dòng)式攪拌站是一種將混凝土攪拌站的物料儲(chǔ)料、稱量、輸送、攪拌、卸料及全自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)整體集中與一個(gè)拖掛單元的混凝土生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。

特點(diǎn)

拆裝快捷、移動(dòng)方便：移動(dòng)式攪拌站主要分為牽引式和拖掛式兩種，轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)時(shí)除螺旋輸送機(jī)、水泥倉(cāng)外，整個(gè)攪拌站前端落下即可拖運(yùn)移動(dòng)，拆下的附件可隨站帶走。安裝時(shí)須平整硬化地面即可，拆裝需30噸吊車配合。
占地面積小，易于實(shí)施自動(dòng)化：移動(dòng)攪拌站所有部件運(yùn)輸單元外形尺寸都小于集裝箱內(nèi)空尺寸要求，整站運(yùn)輸需三個(gè)40尺集裝箱。
人機(jī)操作界面人性化，工作性能可靠：移動(dòng)式攪拌站的操作方式與固定式攪拌站相同，人機(jī)操作界面人性化，工作性能可靠，各種惡劣環(huán)境下依然可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
雙臥軸強(qiáng)制式攪拌機(jī)，連續(xù)運(yùn)行能力強(qiáng)：攪拌軌跡全面，攪拌運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)力，攪拌快速均勻。
四重密封設(shè)計(jì)，，損耗少：杜軸頭漏漿問(wèn)題，安裝和維護(hù)方便。

4、買方需自備以下設(shè)施：The buyer should provide the following facilities
（1）攪拌站的混凝土基礎(chǔ)、到攪拌站配電柜的電源及攪拌站水源；
（1）the foundation of concrete batching plant, the power and water supplying point according to our foundation drawing.
（2）到攪拌站內(nèi)的避雷系統(tǒng)；
（2）Lightning protection system
（3）根據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行的重量校準(zhǔn)測(cè)量及校準(zhǔn)的費(fèi)用；
（3）Scales calibration is carried out according local standard on buyer’s expenses.
1.本設(shè)備建議采用三相五線制配電電源,單根電源線采用線徑不小于95mm2 的銅線，電源變壓器容量不小于200kVA，變壓器距離攪拌樓不大于100米，否則需增粗線徑。
The plant is suggested to adopt three phases five wires power supply , the single power line diameter is not less than 95mm2 of copper cable, and the capability of the transformer is not less than 200kVA. The distance between transformer and concrete batching plant should be less than 100 meters, otherwise the cable diameter should be increased.
6、以上配置按中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)電源參數(shù)（電壓380V/220V，頻率50Hz）設(shè)置，如電源參數(shù)與此不符，需提前告知我公司。
The power source for all electrical components and motors is 380 V / 220 V, 50 Hz, If power source is different, please inform our company in advance.
